Vermont Industrial Hemp Program

In order to apply for an Industrial Hemp license, a business must submit a completed application form. A separate application and fee must be submitted for each noncontagious site. Additionally, the business is required to provide GPS locations and applicable fees. Additionally, the business must include aerial maps with these documents. This aerial view map has specifications:

- Must be in color
- Must include the registrant's name, business entity's name, the physical address of the location of the field represented in the map, including town or city
- Must include the name of most nearly adjacent public road
- Must outline the boundaries of the cultivation site
- Must have a point marking vehicular access from a public road to the cultivation area, or drying and storage areas.
